Nyasha P. Mapolisa is the founder of Bateleur Coaching & Consulting and one of Africa's leading voices in strategy execution and leadership development. A DBA Candidate at Warwick Business School, she brings over 15 years of experience spanning financial services, organisational transformation, and certified integral coaching practice. Nyasha is a thought leader in ambidextrous leadership, African business excellence, and the science of closing the strategy-execution gap.
